HOW TO BEGIN
Let’s start with the basics. A 4-year old kid does not necessarily need to be fully specialized in football or ice-hockey. Or any other one-way oriented sport. He needs to adopt correct training routines and develop flexibility, body coordination, speed, core strength and both physical and psychical resistance. And it’s gymnastics and calisthenics which gives you these fundamental skills you will need in all your active future life.
